Last updated: August 9, 2026
At DialQueue, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you access or use DialQueue’s websites, softphone, and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described here. Your use of the Services is also governed by our Terms of Service.
If you need this policy in an alternative format, contact us at support@dialqueue.com.
1. What this policy covers
This policy covers personal data we gather when you access or use the Services. “Personal data” means information that identifies or relates to an individual, including information treated as personally identifiable information under applicable privacy laws. - Automatically — when you use the Services, including through cookies, local storage, and server logs. See our Cookie Policy.
- Team administrators and teammates — when someone invites you to a workspace or shares numbers and contacts within a team.
- Service providers — including telephony and infrastructure partners that help us deliver voice, media storage, email, hosting, and security features.
4. How we use personal data
We use personal data to:
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services
- Create and manage accounts, teams, sessions, and authentication (including MFA)
- Route calls, store call history, deliver voicemail and recordings, and power the dialer and contact tools
- Show analytics and activity related to your workspace
- Send transactional emails such as password resets, security alerts, and account notices
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with law, enforce our terms, and resolve disputes
- Create aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you, for product improvement and business analysis
We do not sell your personal data. We will not use personal data for materially different purposes without providing notice where required.
5. How we share personal data
We may share personal data with:
- Service providers that host infrastructure, send email, store media, provide telephony connectivity (such as Telnyx), or support security and operations, under contractual obligations to protect the data
- Team members and administrators within your workspace, according to roles and permissions you configure
- Parties you authorize, such as when you export data or connect integrations
- Legal and safety recipients, when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security
- Business transfer recipients, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to customary confidentiality protections
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure sessions, and understand how the Services are used. Details are in our Cookie Policy. DialQueue does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
7. Security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data, including encrypted transport, access controls, and session management. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please choose a strong password, protect your devices, and use multi-factor authentication where available.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security logs. Call recordings, voicemails, contacts, and related media may be retained until deleted by you or your team administrators, or until an account is closed and cleanup processes complete. After account closure, residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period.
8. Children
The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact support@dialqueue.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
You can review and update many account details in DialQueue account settings, manage active sessions, and request additional help by emailing support@dialqueue.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some requests may be limited where we must keep data for legal, security, or operational reasons, or where another party (such as your employer or workspace admin) controls the account.
If DialQueue processes personal data on behalf of a business customer about that customer’s end users or employees, that customer is typically the controller. Please contact that organization first for those requests.
10. International transfers
DialQueue and its providers may process and store personal data in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your location. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations with appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated date and, when changes are material, provide additional notice as appropriate (for example, by email or in-product notice). Continued use of the Services after an update becomes effective means you acknowledge the revised policy.
